Igodo:The Land of the Living Dead:

The movie tells the story of a village that is troubled by evil spirits and sorcery. The only way to stop these evil spirits was for the men in the village to go to the evil forest to recover a sword with amazing powers to fight evil spirit and powers in the village.

Igodo joins this quest to the evil forest. He traveled there with a group and returned alone. Most of his colleagues were killed and hunted down by the spirits and monsters of the evil forest who prevent them from finding the sword of amazing powers.

The Wedding Party:

Released in 2016, this movie is a rom com with different twist and turns. At that time, it was one of the most highly budgeted movies (60 million) and was also was the highest grossing movie beating ay 10 day to sun city and was only topped by its sequel wedding party2. If you up for laughs or you like the Yoruba owanbe spirit, definitely see this movie.

The film tells the story of a young man, Tega Richard Mofe Damijo, from a wealthy background who falls in love and marries Peggy (Ego Boyo) who came from a different background. However, their marriage is put to the test when hidden secrets unfolds, Tega’s ex-wife re-appears in his life and he also learnt about his ex-boss relationship with his wife when she was young.

tells the real-life story of 12-year-old, Kossi, with genius-level intelligence. Kossi is one of many children trafficked through the Nigerian borders from Togo. He ends up with the Martins, an upper-middle class family of four in Lagos.

Fast forward to present day, Kossi is still a houseboy with the Martins. He dreams of a better life, but with barely any education, he knows his future is compromised. Living in Bondage: Breaking Free

This movie is a masterclass in how to properly handle sequels.
